EVERY HUMAN HAS A DIVINE NATURAL POTENTIAL… Exciting unveiling of issues impacting and supporting Black Male Achievement and healthy development of the Afro-American community as two young advocates for Black Male Achievement and Community Building, 10 yr old and 11 yr old, Abdul Shaheed and Zain interview educational strategist YUMY ODUM, Founder/Chairman of Frator Heru Institute.
Mr. Yumy Odum has been a multidisciplinary educator, scientist and researcher for over 25 years. Also the Founder of several innovative and effective community-based initiatives including First World Komix, Inc: Creators of Human, Heroic & Mythic Images which established the East Coast Black Age of Comics Convention (ECBACC), the only urban community-based comic book convention that focuses on combating statutory and historical illiteracy through the use of comic books and comic book art.
Every other Tuesday our two young advocates interview freedom fighters, psychologists, music industry professionals, and educators who are true advocates for Black Male Achievement. Mrs. Rashida Jabbar (CEO/Co-Founder J&R Grassroots) hosts A Community Catharsis in the 2nd half.
